Series Description
Throughout this series, we will refocus around the object of our worship, and understand that worship is a lifestyle, not just a Sunday event. But, when we do worship corporately, we should have a biblical mindset about it. And, finally, we’ll sketch out what worship can be within our Sanctuary community as we reflect our unique cultural expressions toward our ever-loving God.

Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

1 Corinthians 14:26-40New International Version (NIV) Good Order in Worship 26 What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up. 27 If anyone speaks in a tongue, two—or at the most three—should speak, one at a time, and someone must interpret. 28 If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and to God. Micah 6:6-8 (NIV) 6 With what shall I come before the Lord and bow down before the exalted God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old? 7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of olive oil? Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly[a] with your God.
