Francine moved to Minnesota with her husband Joe and their 2 sons in August, 1999. She was born & raised in Chicago on the Southside! Her family started attending Sanctuary Church when services were being held at Anwatin Middle School and became members about 17 years ago. She has a daughter who has since moved to Apple Valley.
She worked in corporate America in banking, accounting and then several IT areas for years. She retired in January 2021, praise God!. She was led to accept this position with Sanctuary as a Formation Admin for Pastor Rose Lee-Norman. She loves her Sanctuary family and is growing in her faith & walk with Christ, even at this stage of her life.
Her special joy is in her love for her 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
